Darwin Community Legal Service is a multi-disciplinary service that provides a range of legal and advocacy services to the community to underpin access to justice.

The SDRS Team Leader manages a small team that advocates for the human rights of older people and people living with disability in the Northern Territory. The Team Leader plays a key role in driving strategy, influencing change and setting our human rights agenda. The position provides support and advice to the Executive Director and Principal Solicitor.

We are looking for someone with a commitment to human rights who is committed to making a difference.

The position is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. DCLS pays above Award rates, has excellent conditions including flexible working and time in lieu, and salary packaging is available.
