Program:

Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services, Westgate Community Initiatives Group Inc (WCIG), Wyndham Community and Education Centre have formed the consortium west@work in order to deliver Jobs Victoria Employment Services (JVES). WCIG is the Lead Agent for the Consortium.

Role:

Post placement support is a critical component of our service commitment and ensures that our Jobs Victoria participants maintain in sustainable employment. The role requires the person to work closely with both the employer and jobseeker to identify any barriers that may impact ongoing employment and address them promptly.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a full time PPS/Claims specialist.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experienced in delivering quality servicing to our customers and employers.
