Program:

The Human Resources (HR)/Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll and development and implementation of Human Resources processes across the organisation.

Role:

The roles and responsibilities of the Human Resources/Payroll Officer position include, but are not limited to:

  • All functions associated with staff recruitment and induction
  • Oversight of staff review and development
  • HR policies, procedures and associated legal compliance
  • Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
  • All functions associated with payroll processing including salary packaging and annual FBT reporting

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources and Return to Work.
  • Working knowledge of WHS, Workers Compensation and Injury Management.
