EACH is an independent not-for-profit company which provides an integrated range of health, disability, counselling and community mental health services in Victoria, NSW, Queensland and the ACT. EACH also has a subsidiary company (EACH Housing Ltd) which is a registered provider of social housing in Victoria. EACH offers a wide range of holistic support to assist members of our community to lead happier, healthier lives. These are based on the social determinants of health and wellbeing with a strong focus on person-centred care. EACH employs a diverse workforce of over 1,700 paid employees and over 200 volunteers.
EACH is governed by a skilled Board delivering meaningful impact to the community. The organisation is in a strong financial position, with a newly appointed CEO focusing on strategy and forward planning. This is an incredible time to join.
EACH’s Board is responsible for governing, overseeing the affairs of, and making strategic decisions for EACH on behalf of its members. Directors are responsible for contributing to the collective decision making of the EACH Board. Due to retirements and existing vacancies, the Board is now seeking two new Directors with skillsets and experience in the following areas:
As well as having at least one of the above skills / experience, you will bring the ability to think critically and influence strategically, an understanding of good corporate governance and a collaborative working style. Community minded, you will bring a strong consumer focus, high levels of integrity and be passionate about making a difference for our community.
