About the role

The position of Disability Employment Services (DES) Program Coordinator is to coordinate a high quality of employment services to people with disability and to foster and support a team driven by high performance standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties include:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Department of Social Services (DSS)– Disability Employment Services (DES) Program Guidelines
• Deliver DES Program support, including quality, controls and standards throughout
• Logging, tracking and consolidating of DES Program performance and Outcomes for reporting purposes to Management
• Tracking, finalising and lodgement of DES Outcome claims
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of ESS Web system
• Facilitating staff training and development
• Provide an ongoing relationship with all stakeholders

• Proven ability to meet individual and team KPI’s
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Outcome focused
• Ability to obtain a Police Clearance, a NT working with Children card (Ochre card)
• Valid NT driver’s license
