About the role
The position of Disability Employment Services (DES) Program Coordinator is to coordinate a high quality of employment services to people with disability and to foster and support a team driven by high performance standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties include:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Department of Social Services (DSS)– Disability Employment Services (DES) Program Guidelines
- Deliver DES Program support, including quality, controls and standards throughout
- Logging, tracking and consolidating of DES Program performance and Outcomes for reporting purposes to Management
- Tracking, finalising and lodgement of DES Outcome claims
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of ESS Web system
- Facilitating staff training and development
- Provide an ongoing relationship with all stakeholders
About you
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPI’s
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Outcome focused
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance, a NT working with Children card (Ochre card)
- Valid NT driver’s license
