About the role

Work with us to lead our fantastic and energetic COVID response vaccination team, as we deliver community based pop-up and in reach services.

The purpose of this contract position is to provide clinical leadership and manage the day-to-day operations, risk management and contribute to clinical governance of the Covid Vaccination program. The role will include results management, rostering and workforce management, staff induction and operational governance across the site as well as complying with Quality and Compliance standards.

As Clinical Lead you will support the clinical staff to maintain clinical safety, a warm welcoming environment for our community clients and high quality infection control standards.

Covid Clinical Lead Profile Requirements:

• Relevant clinical and management qualifications and experience within a community or public health setting
• Current AHPRA registration and Immunisation Certification
• Proof of Vaccination
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams
• Management & operations experience
• Knowledge of all aspects of COVID-19 vaccination
• Knowledge of infection control standards and operational governance across vaccination services
