ABOUT DAISI

DAISI Services Limited (DAISI) is an NDIS provider that has been delivering services to customers throughout the Gold Coast, Tweed and NSW Far North Coast for nearly 30 years.

DAISI'S VALUES

These values are more than just some words we stick on the wall. They are used daily to guide not only strategy, but day to day operations, activity and decision making.

Trust and accountability:

Establishing trust by being honest, open, transparent and doing what we say in every relationship and by ensuring we take ownership for our actions and decisions.

Individualised practice:

Being responsive to the needs of individuals and ensuring the person is at the centre of decision making.

Sustainability:

Ensure that all we endeavour to do is cost effective and sustainable, giving value for money to our customers.

Capacity building:

Developing capacity by providing information and support to both individuals and the community.

OUR VISION

Empowering disadvantaged people to live a meaningful, personally satisfying, and ordinary life.

OUR MISSION

Connecting the disadvantaged to their community, formal and natural supports, to achieve their full potential.

SO WHAT DO WE DO?

DAISI's primary focus is to build stronger communities.

DAISI works with:

  • Older people
  • Those of all ages with disabilities and their family, friends and carers; and
  • People who are experiencing disadvantage

to maximise their capacity to participate in their community by providing connection, information and support.

We also provide counselling and psychology support to the whole community.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Other than being a truly values driven organisation, we thrive on complexity, road blocks and achieving the seemingly impossible. We band together to navigate obstacles to ensure a result for our community. If this is of interest to you - keep reading!

OUR CULTURE

We are very much a collaborative team, and our physical environment is designed to make that as productive as possible. On top of that our emotional environment is one where you are safe to learn, make mistakes and enhance your skills.

We all work flexibly in smart teams under a flat structure. Everyone is a professional and our teams self manage to achieve their goals. The key underpinning this is that we are a highly skilled, highly capable bunch who live to engage and connect with each other (and you!) and genuinely have each other's backs.
