We are very much a collaborative team, and our physical environment is designed to make that as productive as possible. On top of that our emotional environment is one where you are safe to learn, make mistakes and enhance your skills.
We all work flexibly in smart teams under a flat structure. Everyone is a professional and our teams self manage to achieve their goals. Provide psychological interventions and counselling services to people with disabilities, older people, people experiencing social disadvantage, and / or their carers, family members, and friends and the wider community.
Provide psychological interventions and counselling services to a range of clients, including people with Medicare eligible mental health care plans.
Work independently and as part of a team with a range of clinical presentations, including less common and complex presentations.
Work as a fully registered psychologist within a professional practice framework, as part of a counselling services team, and with access to guidance, coaching and mentoring from more experienced practitioners.
Develop the DAISI therapy services practice and service development and then execute the aforementioned skills within it.
