Bama Services provides an industry-based employment pathway for indigenous graduates from across Far North Queensland and Cape York. Through the Support and Wellbeing Program, Bama provides staff with access to multidimensional support services, including health (doctors and psychiatrists) and wellbeing (psychologist, mental health support, social workers, nutritional experts, legal assistance, financial management, housing and social and vocational training services).

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified person with social work and case management experience, to join our friendly and supportive team. If you have prior experience in providing support and guidance to at-risk youths, this could be the next step in your rewarding career.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to improve the wellbeing and quality of life for these young adults. You'll also work with Bama employees: helping them to find solutions to their own challenges and achieve their goals.

You will have the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant professional experience in staff health and wellbeing management.
• Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative and contemporary wellbeing strategies and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders including management, staff and external agencies on staff wellbeing issues

Administration and time management skills, the ability to problem solve and strong stakeholder management skills will also be of benefit.
