Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, establishing contact and developing new relationships with external clients;
  • Represent CVGT Australia in appropriate networks that translate into increased business;
  • Effectively place job seekers into sustainable employment that leads to 13 & 26 week outcomes
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Understand our candidates and the barriers they face so you can promote their strengths to industries and employers, through reverse marketing and cold canvassing

The successful candidate will be employed in our Euroka region on a full-time, maximum term contract to June 30, 2023.
