Community Services Bespoke Solutions is looking to add Support Workers to their growing team!
We are recruiting a team of support staff to work with NDIS Participants between the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane area & the Gold Coast.
Support Workers with experience in the disability sector and/or the mental health sector are encouraged to apply.
Become part of the Community Services Bespoke Solutions (CSBS) dedicated team of Support Workers who are on the forefront of delivering empowering supports to NDIS Participants living with a disability and/or mental illness.
Community Services Bespoke Solutions focuses above all on the wants and needs of Participants and their families and support networks. CSBS services are highly personalised, flexible, friendly and deliver real choice in the supports and structures each Participant chooses. The services we offer are designed uniquely for each Participant to enable them to live the life they want to live. We recognise that Participants are the experts in their own lives. They know what supports they want, and how they want them delivered and where. We know the NDIS rules, regulations and systems and how to support Participants to design a service response they love.
