  • $80 - 90K (or pro rata if part time) plus super and allowances (including personal vehicle usage)

Our Organisation

Central Ranges Local Learning and Employment Network Inc. (Central Ranges LLEN) has operated across the Macedon Ranges, Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires since 2001. Central Ranges LLEN creates positive outcomes for young people by developing partnerships between local industry and schools. Exposure to pathways and job information, local employers, the job application process, interview techniques and work placement greatly assists young people to decide on career pathways and transition successfully from school to further education, training or employment.

The Position

Working with our Director of Engagement and CEO, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a calendar of industry engagement and work readiness events and engaging local employers to provide work placement opportunities. You will also support our project officer and program facilitators with industry connections and opportunities for students.

This role requires a current WWCC and Police Check.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications and / or significant experience in marketing, public relations, education or community services
  • Proven experience in project management (not-for-profit, government or education sector is preferable)
  • Experience in supervising other staff
  • Outstanding relationship creation and management skills
  • High level verbal & written communication skills
  • Knowledge of various career pathways available to young people highly beneficial
