The successful applicant will need to demonstrate reliability, professionalism and a dedication to providing quality care in the community and assisting people to live as independently as possible.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Worker, you will support clients in a range of activities to assist them in their day-to-day lives. You will assist in day-to-day personal care, house work, meal preparation or even accompany our clients to appointments, leisure and recreation activities.

The successful candidates must have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Current Federal Police Check
• Current First Aid / CPR Certificate - In-House Training Available
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Home and Community Care (HACC)
• Minimum 12 Months experience in Home and Community (essential)
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including AM, PM and weekends
• Great communication skills and ability to connect with your clients
• Drivers licence
• Reliable car with full comprehensive insurance (must be willing to use your car for work)
• Ideally, you will be available for an immediate start.
