About You: 

Are you an experienced ECT and in search of your next challenge? C&K are set to open a BRAND-NEW Childcare Centre based in Geebung. This state of the art centre is licenced with 109 places and 7 rooms and features large, natural outdoor play spaces. We are in search of two dynamic, innovative and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to add value to our Centre from the very beginning.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a stimulating education program that provides opportunities for the children, families, your colleagues and the wider community to contribute to. Your experience, skills and knowledge will include:  

  • A minimum of an ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood
  • Passionate about nature-play pedagogy and committed to ongoing professional learning and development 
  • Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers prior to appointment. This registration must be renewed annually (desirable)
  • Prior teaching experience in an Early Childcare Sector
  • Experience in developing and maintaining open and collaborative relationships with families and the wider community. 

We would like the successful candidate to commence in March 2021 to assist with the complete set up and to build strong relationships with the local and wider community. You will be required to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
