The opportunity

As Digital & Social Media Manager, you will primarily be focused on delivering creative digital and social media communications and marketing solutions. You will manage C&K's digital & social media channels to drive enrolments, increase brand awareness, and improve the online customer experience.  Specifically, you will:  

  • Manage (and constantly improve) the digital customer experience
  • Oversee content strategy for social and digital channels
  • Develop and implement the digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage Digital & Social Media Coordinator, suppliers and agencies
  • Analyse and report on result

We want someone who has a proven successful track record in digital marketing, web content management, social media management, digital content production and online brand management.  You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, meet deadlines and have a focus on achieving results that are measurable. 

You'll play a senior role in a highly successful team who are friendly, supportive and get the job done!

Your role as the Digital & Social Media Manager will see you working permanent part time, 26.6 hours per week across 4days. Located at our C&K Central Head Office within Kedron, North Brisbane.

Ideal applicants will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in digital marketing or communications or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in effective digital communication and marketing, website management and social media engagement 
  • An analytical and data driven approach 
  • Experience in customer experience 
  • Experience in digital and social media reporting, specifically Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Demonstrated experience in content development with highly developed writing, video, interviewing skills as well as sourcing news/engagement opportunities, setting and managing content production processes 
  • Excellent IT skills, and use of MS Office, content management systems, HTML, social media platforms, and analytical tools
  • A good eye for design and branded storytelling
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and oral with high attention to detail
  • Love of social media and all things digital
  • Interest in early childhood
