Assistant Educator - C&K Mackay North Community Kindergarten
C&K Mackay North Community Kindergarten are currently seeking an educator who is experienced and qualified to join their team for 2021. Mackay North is a community based, not-for-profit Kindergarten, which supports the local communities' families and children in Mackay.
C&K Mackay North Kindergarten provides high quality educational experiences through the implementation of the new revised curriculum "Listening & Learning Together" by encouraging children to express their own ideas through play to develop friendships, explore, solve problems, help others, imagine, create and extend on their interests.
The Centre aims to provide a safe, friendly, respectful, caring environment that caters for the needs, interests and uniqueness of children, family, staff and the wider community.
Your role as an Assistant will see you working to cover maternity leave for 2021, this position will commence in mid-April 2021. You will be working part time 37.5 hours per week. The contract end date will be 10th December 2021, with possibility of extension into 2022.
You will be given training and support to C&K's new revised curriculum "Listening & Learning Together". C&K offers an online learning education hub and has a dedicated Learning and Development department which provides our employees access to online training and courses for our educators to access.
