CRANAplus is the Peak Professional Body for Health Professionals working in remote and isolated areas across Australia. We exist to ensure the deliv­ery of safe, high qual­i­ty pri­ma­ry health­care to remote and iso­lat­ed areas of Aus­tralia. We are an afford­able, grass­roots, not-for prof­it, mem­ber­ship based organisation that has pro­vid­ed nearly 40 years of edu­ca­tion, sup­port and pro­fes­sion­al ser­vices for the mul­ti-dis­ci­pli­nary remote health workforce.

As part of the Executive leadership team reporting to the CEO, the Director is responsible for the oversight of CRANAplus’ Mental Health and Wellbeing divisional services and projects.

This role will appeal to an innovative thinker with the capacity to lead, influence, and drive initiatives to position CRANAplus’ Mental Health Services for success.

  • Drive the strategic vision for CRANAplus Mental Health and Wellbeing services to grow and evolve service offerings and contribute to positioning CRANAplus as a leading professional peak body for Health Professionals.
  • Evaluate and strengthen service standards, frameworks, and ensure operational efficiency and best practice results in quality service provision.
  • Leadership of a high performing team to ensure CRANAplus services are professional, agile, responsive, and values aligned.
  • As a member of the CRANAplus Executive Team, contribute to organisational strategy, positioning, duty of care and enhancement of our organisational practices.
