Our services and programs are made specifically to help children 0-15 who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad. We are there for them through the daily ups and downs of cancer, providing opportunities to laugh, make friends and have new adventures. By creating positive memories, Camp Quality helps change the cancer story for kids and their families: in-hospital, at home, at school and away from it all.

About the Role

The National Individual Giving Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of Camp Quality’s Individual Giving Program. Using digital technology & channels, lateral thinking and effective relationships, you will develop and deliver integrated donor journeys, ensuring a strong return on investment.

Your portfolio will include donor appeals, acquisition, conversion & retention campaigns and regular giving.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • at least 3 years’ managerial experience in donor, fundraising or direct marketing, gained within the not-for-profit sector;
  • a sound understanding of direct marketing principles and experience in managing multi-channel campaigns with a clear ROI focus;
  • the experience and ability to lead / manage a team;
  • experience developing / implementing integrated direct marketing campaigns, using channels including digital (social and email), mail and phone;
  • experience in acquisition, donor stewardship and supporter journeys;
  • proficient with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • demonstrated experience in developing and delivering strategies, based on market insight and analysis;
  • ability to establish / manage budgets and meet performance targets;
  • exceptional attention to detail;
  • excellent project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
