The Community and Public Sector Union/Civil Service Association (CPSU/CSA) is a union of members working to deliver public services in Western Australia.

Our purpose is to develop the capacity and confidence of members to collectively build and maintain power in their workplaces.

This position would best suit someone who has a background in working in the union movement or campaign environment with demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and supporting a team of Organisers/Campaigners.

Lead Organisers are responsible for the outcomes of their team and will be involved in resolving critical issues, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing Organising strategies to achieve the goals of the Union.
