The Public Service Association (PSA) is the principal trade union representing Public Sector workers in South Australia and is dedicated to pursuing the interests of its members through strong, effective leadership and community advocacy.
This position provides high-level administrative support for the Industrial and Organising Teams. The role requires a high degree of flexibility and the capacity to work in a fast paced environment providing, accuracy and attention to detail in day-to-day administrative tasks, meeting support, travel arrangements and managing bookings for training and functions.
The role contributes to improving systems and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency, and helps to identify opportunities to change work practices and organisational structures to best meet the administrative needs of the teams.
Demonstrated experience in arranging travel and processing bookings for training events will be highly regarded.
