About the role

The Supporter Care & Experience Manager is responsible for building a culture of excellence in campaign supporter care, promoting best practice and strengthening audience relationships to grow income. There will be a strong focus on donation management, communications, optimising ways of working, and innovation to ensure a seamless and engaging participant and donor experience for CPA’s fundraising events and campaigns, in particular STEPtember and The Extra Mile.

To be successful you will need:

  • 3 years+ experience in leading a donor/customer service team
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategies and systems to enhance donor services and experiences
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to resolve customers’ concerns/complaints
  • Successful organisational and team management skills to manage work priorities and train team members
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements for data collection and records management
  • To be a passionate and energetic team member with a genuine interest in working to improve the lives of people living with cerebral palsy
