Packforce, part of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Group of companies, are looking for Process Workers to get involved in packing, assembling and mail fulfilment. We have sites based in Wetherill Park and Allambie Heights. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and tasks on behalf of our customers. These positions are located in Allambie Heights and we require a number of staff.

Who are we?

In 1961, Cerebral Palsy Alliance (formerly The Spastic Centre) established Centre Industries to provide employment and training for adults with cerebral palsy. It was an innovative business venture that, for the first time, moved away from the sheltered workshop model to an open, competitive operation where people with a disability worked alongside able-bodied people. The first contract was to manufacture relay sets for telephone exchange junctions.

Since then, Packforce has grown into a renowned service provider utilised by businesses throughout NSW. With warehouses in Frenchs Forest and Wetherill Park, we have Sydney covered. Packforce is an Australian Disability Enterprise.

About you:

  • Have a permanent disability
  • Are of working age
  • Have the capacity to work at least 8 hours a week
  • Need ongoing assistance in the workplace to retain employment
  • Have the ability to meet minimum productivity levels
  • Be in receipt of or eligible for NDIS funding
  • Are an Australian citizen or resident
  • Willingness to collaborate with a fun and engaging team that will always encourage you to be your best self!
