Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) changes the lives of babies, children and adults living with cerebral palsy. The Research Foundation of CPA funds ground-breaking global research for cerebral palsy. CPA is the industry leader in disability support services in NSW and ACT, supporting families living with cerebral palsy and physical disabilities across 170 sites and through tele-practice.

The Digital Storytelling & Loyalty Manager will report to the Head of Digital Fundraising, as a member of the Digital Fundraising team. They will work closely with all members of the Digital Fundraising team, and cross-functionally across the CPA Fundraising portfolio. The Digital Storytelling & Loyalty Manager will plan, implement and report on digital experiences & content to all CPA's supporters, with a focus on supporter journeys for retention and engagement. The role will project manage internal and external resources on the delivery of comms strategies and CJM requirements across multiple channels for key CPA events and P2P campaigns, including STEPtember. CPA's Digital Fundraising team consists of 5 digital specialists. The team led CPA Fundraising in 2020 to achieve a growth of 41% in online income YOY (in comparison to the 21% industry benchmark).

What you can offer us

  • You might be working in an agency now, or for a charity in a digital specialist role - most importantly - you LOVE strategising and project managing the implementation of supporter journeys across multiple digital channels, and producing content that matters and engages people.
  • You understand how digital storytelling, automation, personalisation and segmentation can captivate your audiences and retain supporters across multiple areas.
  • You are driven by Data and Reporting in your planning and collaboration. You build digital visual reporting dashboards to measure performance and inform future strategy. You drive structured A/B comms testing and optimisation.
  • You are a proactive collaborator and can work efficiently in cross-functional teams across departments.
