We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Centre Manager of the newly established CUC Bass Coast - a dedicated learning and study space that will provide regional people with access to higher education, and the tools and supports that they need to succeed.

The role

This is a highly rewarding and unique opportunity to shape the education landscape in Bass Coast and the broader South Gippsland region. As Centre Manger you will work with the Board of Directors and be supported by the Country Universities Centre (CUC). Your task will be to implement the agreed Strategic Plan, to increase local residents’ access to a wider range of higher education opportunities, and to manage CUC Bass Coast. You will work with CUC to develop and implement a marketing plan, foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and represent CUC Bass Coast at community events.

About us

The CUC Bass Coast is a not-for-profit community driven organisation, which is jointly funded by the Commonwealth Government under the Regional University Centre program and key local support. CUC Bass Coast provides a new opportunity to make higher education more accessible for students of all ages in the Bass Coast region, through facilitated, supported, on-line degrees offered from a range of universities. CUC Bass Coast is part of an affiliated network of the Country Universities Centre. Students will have free access to high-speed internet, modern technology, and general academic support all delivered locally at CUC Bass Coast. They can also take advantage of being part of a nation-wide learning community.
