  • Salary dependent upon skills and experience (Salary between $1,673 and $1769 per week) plus 9.5% superannuation.
  • Relocation costs up to $5,000 will be considered for the successful applicant.
  • Plus tax effective salary packaging up to $15,900, $2,650 meal and entertainment benefit and novated leasing available.

About the Role

In this new and exciting role, you will responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient use of administrative functions within the Services area of the Cootharinga North Queensland business. Including the coordination of organisation responsiveness in the ongoing requirements for NDIS and the continued roll out of required business rules, systems and processes, provide design and technical support in the application of the NDIS programs to the Operational Leads and Service Managers and support and engage with the continuous improvement of business and system processes to optimise the administrative functions.

Selection Criteria

ESSENTIAL

  • Relevant tertiary Qualifications in a relevant areas such as Human Services, Social Sciences, business/management and/or minimum 5 years demonstrated experience managing at a middle to senior level (including: financial management, continuous improvement and quality assurance, workplace health and safety and managing staff)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS administrative processes, plans and Service Provider contracts
  • Highly developed contemporary leadership and management skills with the proven ability to achieve outcomes within multidisciplinary teams, lead innovation and manage change
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex and integrated processes and remove complexity whilst improving efficiency, accuracy and compliance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, being adaptable in effectively working with a wide range of people
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing organisational policies, procedures and safe work practices in accordance with current legislation and quality standards
  • Current ‘C’ Class Driver Licence acceptable under Queensland Legislation
  • Must hold or have the ability to obtain all necessary licensing, checks and qualifications relevant to the industries within which we operate
