Part time Continence Nurse Consultant or Nurse Continence Specialist to join the team at the Victorian Continence Resource Centre.

We are looking for a nurse who shares our mission of awareness, prevention and treatment of incontinence. The right candidate will be passionate about reducing the impact of incontinence on work, education and social participation.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, technologically savvy and keen to be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on speaking up for continence health.

The successful candidate will conduct continence assessments and write clear management plans to help clients meet their goals. They will provide advice to health professionals, consumers and carers; and may have the opportunity to showcase their presentation skills.

Essential selection criteria:

Applicants must be a registered Division 1 nurse with postgraduate or an equivalent continence qualification. Your range of experience should include adult continence management skills and the ability to establish and maintain sustainable working relationships with key stakeholders and consumer groups. Paediatric experience or a willingness to up-skill in this area would be highly desirable.

The position is 15.2 to 22.8 hours (2-3 days) per week.
