The role:

  • Provide support for the Manager and the Programs Team through maintenance coordination of on site studios/housing
  • External stakeholder liaison: contractors; Community Service Organisations; families; carers and studio/housing recipients
  • Extensive co-ordination of maintenance technicians both internally and externally
  • Update database to ensure all works, inspections, audit and compliance takes place
  • Support new housing with induction packs and further support
  • Report preparation including attendance at relevant meetings

You:

  • Will have excellent service based experience, a background in homelessness or similar would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated CRM / database management
  • Outstanding organisational skills - time management is essential - employment experience showcasing contractor/service technician organisation or similar a real benefit
  • Proven ability to produce briefing and project documentation in a timely manner
  • Showcase the ability to work as a team player - this organisation is strongly team focused
  • Take responsibility for outcomes - you have to be confident to work within structure and produce results to deadlines
