We have exciting opportunities for Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Early Childhood Teachers to join our teams delivering services in the beautiful Nepean and Blue Mountains regions.

Are you looking for a chance to enhance your skills and provide community-based therapy to children aged 0 - 12 with a not for profit organisation committed to providing positive outcomes for children and their families?

You will work closely with parents/ carers to identify and achieve goals for their children. You will work and collaborate with a team of professionals who are focused on helping children and families through a strengths-based approach.

About yoU

You are a university qualified Allied Health Professional or Early Childhood Teacher who has a strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working with children with disabilities or development delays and their families.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering strengths-based, family centred and play based approaches and will thrive when working in a dynamic trans-disciplinary team in a multi-agency environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Integrity, creativity and a sense of humour
  • Current and cleared Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police check and commitment to our Child Safe Organisation practices
  • Commitment to the ethos and ethics of the organisation
  • Commitment to Best Practice principals in EC and NDIS Quality Standards
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 according to the Public Health (COVID-19 Care Services) Order (No 2) 2022
