About the role

The Health Promotion Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs and initiatives aimed at improving the overall health and well-being of Aboriginal people and communities especially in relation to tobacco. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community organisations, and government agencies, to address health inequalities, promote healthy behaviours, and prevent illness.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a person with tertiary qualifications in public health, health promotion, community health education, or a related field or relevant experience.

If you bring considerable experience in developing and maintaining effective networks, alliances and relationships with families, individuals, communities and health sector organisations, we want you!
