Conflict Resolution Service is seeking a suitable applicant for the role of Mediator + Trainer.

The role is to deliver our online and face-to-face Nationally Accredited Mediation Training course, customised training programs, conflict resolution training and mediations. The Mediation Training course provided by CRS is in line with the National Mediator Accreditation System (‘NMAS’) and the candidate is required to be familiar with this system.

It is essential that the candidate has minimum three years’ experience as a trainer and as a mediator.

The training courses CRS offer are dynamic, interactive and require an enthusiastic approach to teaching and coaching students to deal with conflict. The successful candidate will be professional, courteous and reflect the values and culture of CRS. The Lead Trainer will engage with and provide support to students undertaking all CRS courses face-to-face in our Canberra office or online via a videoconferencing system.
