Conciliation Resources operates in a spirit of programme partnership, which demands team-work and collaborative decision-making, transparency and mutual respect, integrity, personal initiative, creativity, political and interpersonal sensitivity and professional discretion.
The post-holder will report to, and be performance-managed by, the Pacific Programme Director. Additionally, the post-holder will work collaboratively with the Policy and Learning Manager who is located within the Pacific Programme as well as other members of the South East Asia and Pacific Team. The post-holder will be responsible for the line management of a Pacific Programme consultant.
As this is a wide-ranging role, the post holder is not expected to be an expert on all the relevant areas. Expertise in one area, with a willingness to develop knowledge in skills in the other areas is very welcome.
