Concern Australia is a grassroots welfare organisation supporting vulnerable young people. We emerged out of the work of Rev Dr John Smith, who also nurtured the growth of the God’s Squad Christian Motorcycle Club in the 1970s.

The future is looking bright as we celebrate our 50th year and leverage our fresh new brand identity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Are you a storytelling wizard who can develop engaging and creative content for all communication platforms, including our website, social media and newsletters?
  • Are you skilled at pulling together a smart and targeted marketing or fundraising campaign?
  • Are you comfortable engaging stakeholders and supporters with digital savvy and creativity?
  • Are you a communications guru who can raise the profile of Concern Australia’s activities and programs for young people and children?
  • Are you across insightful marketing strategies and techniques, and able to develop effective marketing campaigns to maximise brand awareness and deliver on our fundraising goals?
  • Can you confidently manage our systems and platforms to hit communication and fundraising objectives, including an integrated approach to using our CRM?

This position is located at NW Melbourne, Braybrook.

This is a 12 months fixed term part time 0.8 FTE position.

This position is classified in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 MA000100, Level 3 with the salary range from $62,000 - $67,000 + super and the level to be commensurate with the skills and experience.

Appointments are subject to eligibility and the legal right to work in Australia.

Appointments are subject to satisfactory Working with Children Check, National Police Check, International Police Check (If resided overseas for a period of 12 months or longer for the past 10 years) and other employment screening or credential checks as determined by the position description.
