ABOUT YOU…

ABOUT THE ROLE…

As our new Practitioner in our Specialist Services team, you will be responsible for providing specialist support services to NDIS participants across the lifespan or students in school or children in out of home care, and support teams.

Integral to your success will be your participant-focused people practices, your ability to role model our organisational values and to provide safe and quality services. The role involves a 6-month probation period for all new employees and requires all practitioners to participate in an 8-week intensive Practitioner Development Program (PDP) that includes 5 days training, online coaching and supervision.

Given that we are establishing our services, committed and experienced staff who demonstrate exceptional practice during the PDP and subsequent work, will be considered for future leadership roles within the local area teams or across the state.
