Here at Complex Behaviour Change we are champions of change! While we might be the new player in the NDIS Registered Provider space, we are already a respected and much sought-after service, with a proven track record of providing quality life enhancing services for people of all abilities. In fact, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our services, we train, coach, and supervise our staff to live our values and implement our model of practice. Putting our participants first, our aim is to be a leader in Therapeutic and Positive Behaviour Support across Victoria and eventually Australia! To do this we need you - staff who are innovative and resilient, who want to make a difference in the lives of people, and who strive to be the best they can be. So, if you want to stand out and have a fulfilling career, then join us today!
No matter where you live in Victoria if you have these attributes and a passion for fostering positive change in the lives of vulnerable people, we are keen to know more about you.
We are excited to be building our capacity to provide specialist behaviour support and therapeutic supports to NDIS participants across Victoria. To achieve this, we are establishing local area-based teams of Specialist Services practitioners in metropolitan and regional hubs across the state. As our new Practitioner in our Specialist Services team, you will be responsible for providing specialist support services to NDIS participants across the lifespan or students in school or children in out of home care, and support teams.
Integral to your success will be your participant-focused people practices, your ability to role model our organisational values and to provide safe and quality services. The role involves a 6-month probation period for all new employees and requires all practitioners to participate in an 8-week intensive Practitioner Development Program (PDP) that includes 5 days training, online coaching and supervision.
Given that we are establishing our services, committed and experienced staff who demonstrate exceptional practice during the PDP and subsequent work, will be considered for future leadership roles within the local area teams or across the state.
Be part of this dedicated, innovative, and collaborative organisation and make a difference! We offer the benefits of flexibility, participation in or intensive practitioner development program, ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities, a competitive salary. Apply now!
