Multiple Sclerosis Limited (MS) is a Not for Profit organisation, and a leading source of information, advice and services for individuals living with multiple sclerosis. The main focus of the organisation is to help minimise the impact of multiple sclerosis on individual lives and provide ongoing support to ensure their journey is not undertaken alone.
The main purpose of this position is to work with the Employment Support Consultants (ESC) who support clients to achieve their goals in obtaining their chosen employment in the open labour markets. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and service delivery assistance to the Employment Support Services (ESS) staff and assistance in the accounts payable area using a new purchase order system.
As the Employment Support Officer, you will be required to assist ESS staff to coordinate their case load of clients by arranging the necessary assessments and provide admin support in the provision of employment support services. You will be required to raise purchase orders/ service agreements on MYOB Advanced in accordance with MSL purchasing policy procedures.

Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, or relevant administration experience within a similar role. Essentially, you will need to have some accounts payable experience.

This position is full time working 38hrs per week working from the office based in Blackburn or Frankston.
