Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for delivering campaigns and projects to support (A) the Sales team to bring on-board new primary & secondary schools and (B) the Account Management team to expand customer schools’ purchases of Compass software products.

Skills/Attributes:

  • Roll-the-sleeves-up working style with a can-do attitude
  • Experience managing a small team of 1-3 staff
  • Confident and clear communication by phone & email
  • Experience managing external suppliers such as printers, designers, video/photography consultants, advertising agencies
  • Experience devising marketing & communications campaigns in response to Business unit owner briefs
  • Experience managing presence at trade shows, conferences & events
  • Direct experience in the government and/or Catholic schools sector a bonus

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Accountability for delivering projects on-time & on-budget for internal Business unit owners
  • Management of external suppliers such as printers, designers, video/photography consultants, advertising agencies
  • Developing marketing & communications concepts, campaigns and initiatives in digital and non-digital domains in response to Business unit owner briefs
  • Managing Compass’ presence at trade shows, conferences & events
  • Careful coordination of multi-stakeholder projects to ensure clear communication and to maximise the quality of outputs

  • Customer Success team

  • Existing Customer Schools
  • Prospective Customer Schools
  • Suppliers such as designers, printers etc.

Productivity & KPIs:

  • Successful delivery of campaigns on time and on budget
  • Leads generated by the campaigns & initiatives you’ve run on behalf of the Sales & Account Management teams. For example, registrations and attendees at our webinars product demonstration meetings booked, info packs requested, & event attendees secured
  • Quality & Impact of ideas contributed in response to briefs from CRO and Head of Account Management

Must have:

  • University qualification in marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and communications roles
