Working closely with the Team Leader you will have responsibility for all operational components of Support Coordination at your site. This will include mentoring a local team of Support Coordinators and ensuring services are delivered to NDIS participants independent of direct provision of supports, and allowing each participant full choice and control.
This part time position (30.4 hours per week) will also assist participants in reducing complexity in the support environment and focusing on each person achieving their stated goals.
The Senior Support Coordinator role will carry a reduced caseload to allow for time spent with staff supervision and stakeholder engagement.
