Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an outstanding opportunity for a highly organised and innovative Coordinator to work in this exciting newly created position. This is a full time permanent role reporting to the Regional IPS Coordinator and will provide support to the IPS staff across our Western and Eastern sites with some rural travel from time to time.
IPS is an internationally recognised, evidence-based integrated and innovative employment initiative that improves employment outcomes for motivated consumers with a significant mental illness. The CBS Inc. IPS team has been consistently recognised through SA Health Awards over the past 4 years as a leader in this field.

This position provides a unique opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team that includes mental health and employment specialist staff. You will mentor and support a team of dedicated, motivated and high performing IPS Employment Specialists by guiding them individually in best practice and providing oversight to the IPS program.
