The organisation runs three environmental repair social enterprises – Green Connect, Soft Landing and Resource Recovery Australia – together with a range of community services. Last year we provided jobs for 650 people across Australia, 79% of whom experienced barriers to employment.

We are seeking to employ an incredible Safety and Wellbeing Lead who will operate across the organisation’s social enterprises, community services and business units to provide specialist expertise in safety and wellbeing practices.
This role provides specialist advice through consultation; will develop and continually improve our safety management plan; consult with and comply with regulatory bodies; and provide reporting that tells a story about our progress.
We will evaluate applications as they arrive, so get in quick to be part of an amazing team. Please note: we have identified the role as Sydney based but do have flexibility around this, particularly around the Tuncurry / Wollongong areas.
