Communify Queensland is a leading community organisation providing a broad range of services that enhance the quality of life for individuals and families. We support people experiencing social, physical, mental, and economic disadvantage through programs including homelessness intervention, aged care, mental health, community development, and more.
Our Sustaining Tenancies Program, funded by the Department of Housing, works in partnership with BRIC, Brisbane Housing Company, and the Department of Housing to support people at risk of losing their housing and to help break the cycle of homelessness.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our dedicated Case Management team within the Sustaining Tenancies program. This full-time role (fixed term until 30 June 2026) is ideal for someone who is passionate about housing stability, community connection, and effective service delivery.
You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to case managers as they deliver client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based interventions. This role is central to ensuring high-quality service outcomes, team development, and effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
You are an experienced and compassionate leader with a strong background in housing, homelessness, or community services. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a calm, solution-focused approach to complex challenges.
