AOD Recovery Facilitator

Communify

The Springboard AOD Recovery Program is a 6 week part-time community day rehabilitation service for people experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. The program is designed to offer a more flexible and less intensive approach to treatment, than long-term residential rehabilitation.

The program is underpinned by an Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, and takes a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Springboard comprises a number of service components, delivered directly by Springboard staff or through established working partnerships with other services. These include: psycho-social education and skill building groups, a physical activity program, case management and referral to other supports.
