This fast paced Receptionist role will be responsible for being the first point of contact in welcoming and greeting visitors and clients in person and over the telephone. This role will also be responsible for managing emails, faxes and voicemail messages as well as directing client queries to the relevant stakeholders of the organisation.
Other duties include: mail management, ordering and stocking of stationery requirements, housekeeping and supporting the departments in administrative duties.
