About Transition to Work:

Transition to Work provides young participants aged 15-24 with intensive one-on-one support to gain employment or continue their education.

About the Role:

• Work in a supportive team environment where achieving outcomes for young people is the main driver.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of employers and industry groups to identify current and future employment opportunities for young people in the program.
• Secure vacancies and opportunities for Transition to Work participants from your network prior to them being advertised in the general job market.
• Work closely with TtW Youth Development Coaches to put forward suitable candidates to employers for jobs and advocate for individual participants
• Provide post placement support to both employers and young people to ensure sustainable employment outcome

Remuneration:

The salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant depending on experience and/or qualifications, however as a guide will be in line with the Labour Market Industry Award, Training and Placement Coordinator 2 C-E.
