The PC&C Business Partner provides generalist support and advice to the Colony 47 Leadership Team and staff. The role is currently fixed-term due to an upcoming period of transformation and current reliance on Government funding; it is based in Hobart and supports teams across Greater Hobart.
The PC&C Business Partner has ownership of most people-related practices across Colony 47. It is responsible for gathering, analysing and reporting on a range of relevant people metrics; oversight of the effective and efficient utilisation of systems and record management; implementation of a new HR System; the identification of improvement opportunities and the presentation of solutions to increase efficiency or impact.
You are eager to bring your significant HR generalist expertise to a proudly Tasmanian, secular, For Purpose organisation and to work with passionate professionals in the delivery of high-impact solutions across the youth, housing, employment and education areas. You are comfortable working autonomously within clear, broad direction; you enjoy partnering with inclusive teams to achieve goals. You provide sound advice, influence successfully and create and support innovative strategies.
