The Housing Connect Front Door is the entry point for all housing and homelessness services in Southern Tasmania.
Our Case Facilitators & Concierge provide high quality, client-focused, strength-based assessment and referral services, crisis intervention and immediate needs support to assist clients achieve independence from the housing and homelessness support system.
Duties include crisis intervention, allocation of brokerage and emergency accommodation, Social Housing assessment, delivery of Private Rental Assistance (bond) and provision of referral, information and advice to clients. Sound knowledge of, and experience within, the housing support services, supported accommodation and/or residential services is desirable.
We have multiple positions available across our Rosny and Hobart locations.
