The Opportunity…

We are currently looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our busy, agile team. You will work across all our digital channels (Search, Display, Facebook) to enhance the customer acquisition journey through optimisations and A/B testing.

If you have extensive experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager, then we would love to hear from you! This role will be pivotal to delivering our ‘always on’ digital media campaigns.

What you will be doing…

  • Building online marketing funnels to create a steady stream of new leads and clients
  • Executing all paid Search ads, working with Google Ads budgets of over $40k per month
  • Optimising spend and performance based on insights
  • Building and maintaining our social media presence
  • Tracking and measuring digital campaigns that align with our marketing strategy
  • Ownership of digital media platforms and tools, data management and segmentation
  • Reviewing SEO opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the business

What you will bring...

  • Demonstrated experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist with comprehensive hands-on experience across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, conversion optimisation and UX
  • Experience in proactively applying data and insights to improve the customer journey and identifying opportunities and build out experiences to drive additional leads
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative approach with the ability to identify and act upon opportunities
  • A collaborative working style - our team is dispersed across QLD, NSW & Victoria
  • A proactive approach and confidence in taking ownership of your work and managing your time efficiently
  • Excellent stakeholder management and high attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
