The Role...

As our Monitoring and Support Officer, you will monitor activities and provide observations on the quality, performance and financial aspects of Employment Services delivered by our Service Partner network. You will also examine and analyse the deliverables to CoAct’s contractual obligations and coordinate the collation and review of documentary evidence requirements for Department Assurance Activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience in the Employment Services industry with a background in compliance and contract delivery. You will be joining a supportive, close knit team that works remotely and autonomously across NSW and QLD.

What you will bring...

  • Experience in the contract delivery, compliance and performance monitoring of Employment Services contracts
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - you don't miss a beat!
  • The ability to chase up action items and keep action owners on task
  • Your people skills - you can quickly build rapport with staff and stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive approach to your work and the ability to work autonomously with competing priorities
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills
  • The ability to interpret Departmental guidelines and CoAct policies
  • A keenness to contribute to a high performing team that continuously seeks improvements in their practices
