The role…

As our Accreditation and Monitoring Officer, you will undertake internal audit activity of our Quality Management System with the purpose of identifying and mitigating risks to CoAct and our Certifications. You will help to identify issues and trends and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to the ensure that Service Delivery Models and contractual obligations are adhered to.

On a day to day basis, you will support CoAct’s Accreditation and Service Partner framework, by maintaining systems, processes and tools and supporting the team with external and internal audits. All of which support CoAct's Service Partner Assessment and External Accreditation requirements (National Standards for Disability Services, Quality Assurance Framework and ISO 9001).

As a member-based organisation, you will engage and influence the membership network and provide tools, resources and support that will assist the network to achieving conformance with standards and compliance with contractual requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is currently working in an audit or quality role. You will be joining a supportive, close knit team that works remotely and autonomously across NSW and QLD.

What you will bring…

• Previous experience in a similar role within the employment services industry
• An understanding of Quality Management Systems i.e.ISO9001 and/or the Internal Audit function
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to engage with various levels and influence others
• Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise your work
• A keenness to contribute to a high performing team that continuously seeks improvements in their practices
• Previous experience with National Standards for Disability Services and/or Employment Services Quality Assurance Framework will be highly regarded
