Senior Manager, Family Violence - System Integration - Bendigo

Our System Integration stream works with the integrated family violence system, which includes Victoria Police, Child Protection, Courts, Corrections Victoria, Child First/Family Services, the Orange Door and other key parts of the service system that respond to family violence.

The System Integration Manager will lead a team of professionals to deliver programs and services which focus on system integration and collaboration, along with building sector relationships to deliver positive outcomes for service users and the broader community, in line with CNV’s strategic plan and feminist philosophy.

To be considered for this role you will have the following;

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology and/or a related behavioural sciences field.
  • Sound experience in the community services sector or a related area including client service delivery, groupwork, service management skills/tasks with a strong knowledge and understanding of the family violence, homelessness and housing service system including related practice standards.
  • Extensive management and leadership experience in the provision of community services or similar, with sound experience in staff supervision, advocacy, delegation, program development, project and change management.
  • Demonstrated experience in system development with strong systems thinking, including the ability to convey complex information, concepts and ideas that influence and lead to quality outcomes.
  • An understanding of and support for the feminist philosophy of CNV including the gendered nature of violence against women and children
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with the capacity to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated capacity for diplomacy and professionalism in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proven the commitment to continuous improvement and quality.
