What skills should I have?

• Sales and business development skills and experience
• A sound knowledge of the various state traineeship programs (desirable, but not essential)
• Able to work autonomously and to project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels and across multiple organisations
• An understanding of accredited training and the VET sector (desirable, but not essential)

About the workplace

The CMTO office is located near Redfern Station.

The office is on level three and is accessible via a lift.

Flexible working hours and remote working hours can be negotiated.
